Delhi govt bans entry of medium, heavy vehicles from Oct 1 to control pollution

In order to control pollution especially during winter season, the Delhi government on Thursday banned the entry of medium and heavy vehicles in the national capital from October 1, 2022, to February 28, 2023.

The decision comes in light of the possibility of an increase in pollution in Delhi during the coming winter season, the government noted.
